More About My Family Child Care: I have an Early childhood education degree. I also, have 9 years experance working with children. Courtney's Little Ducklings offers a fun and structured program. I offer a pre-school activities, daily art projects and group time.We dance, sing songs, and I read lots of books. I have a large playroom for the children to learn and play in. We enjoy walks and playdates with the other daycares in the neighborhood. My Philosophy is I believe the bond and relationship between the child and the caregiver is important. The bond increases the effectiveness of the learning enviroment. It is important that the child feels the trust and feels safe. My focus is with the children.I do that by listening to them and responding to their needs. I do parent conferences It helps the parents and myself know developmentally where the child is at or needs to be. Hope to see you soon.
