More About My Family Child Care: Courtney's Little Ducklings: I have an Early childhood education degree. I also, have 10 years experance. My Philosophy: As a Teacher I would focus on being "with" the children by listening to them, responding to their needs. I would assess each child's level of development through careful observations and then pursue to the next stage of his development. I would provide a secure enviornment in which children are encouraged to take risks and grow socially, emotionally, and physically.
