More About My Family Child Care
About Me:
I am a mother to 3 grown boys and a 9 year old daughter. I have been licensed since November 2003 and am currently working on a Child Development degree. I am CPR/First Aid certified and am current on all requied trainings such as SIDS and Shaken Baby.
My Child Care:
I absolutely love my job! Taking care of kids and teaching them all kinds of things is the greatest feeling ever! I offer standard hours but am flexible if needed.
My childcare technique is very family oriented. We have a daily routine when it comes to meal/nap times and lots of playtime to discover new things. We "learn as we go" throughout the day as we explore nature, books, walks to the park. During the school year I offer a preschool program that focuses on the basic skills for entering kindergarden and add to it by incorporating social skills such as manners and respecting others.
