A little about me:
I am a mother of three girls, ages 14, 12 and 3. I have been a licensed provider since June of 2001. I was the 2007 childcare Provider of the year. I have an AS degree in child development. I keep current on CPR/First Aid training, along with SIDS and Shaken Baby Training. Training is very important to me so I always have more hours then required by licensing laws each year.
I am fortunate to do what I love!!! I take my job very seriously and do not see myself doing anything else. I Love kids and always wanted a house full of kids and in a way this is my way of having a houseful of kids without actually giving birth to all of them. This is one of the many reasons I do childcare.

My Family Child Care:
I care for children from six weeks to 11 years of age. I operate child care 24 hours, seven days a week. I even DO WEEKEND CARE and OVERNIGHT CARE! I can work with odd, rotating schedules, varying hours, first, second and third shifts. I offer full-time, part-time, drop-in, temporary and of course permanent care. I can be VERY flexible.
A little about my childcare home:
I am a “Family Style” provider meaning your child will always be treated as if they are my own, being held, hugged, and loved. I believe kids learn though play so I offer a wide variety of activities for your child to do during the day. I look for teachable moments like when reading a story pointing out colors, animals, or numbers on the pages, or if the children are stacking blocks asking things like “how many blocks can you stack before it falls over?” or expanding their imagination, but making their tower into a skyscraper. My home is a rambler style with the whole top level used for daycare. I have a separate room for napping infants and toddlers. I have a separate room for children to play in, along with my family room set up for all ages.
I accept electronic payments (automatic withdrawal from your banking account) cash, checks, PAY PAL, and Child Care Assistance (CCAP).
Other Comments: I transport to preschool.
