More About My Family Child Care
I have operated a Small ChildCare Business,catering primarily to Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers for 29 yrs, and have been a Licensed Provider in Scott Cty since 1990, yr. round. I have a natural love for children and believe in "hands on learning", teaching early social skills (good manners, sharing etc), on top of providing a safe, secure environment for each and every child in my care. I offer a less structured atmosphere, but still have a schedule for the children and a daily routine. I offer story time, free play, coloring, singing, dancing, educational tv time (limited), holiday celebrations and birthday parties. We learn together the alphabet, numbers, counting, shapes, and colors. I also provide well balanced nutritious meals and am on a food program. I hope you will find my Child Care Business to be your child's "home away from home". I truely love each and every child entered in my care.
