SCLFCCA’S TRAINING POLICIES and Zoom training information

All class fees are non-refundable.
No phone call registrations accepted – all registrations must be completed online.

Bad Weather: Classes will be canceled if the school district has canceled all afternoon and evening activities. You will be notified via email or phone if the class is cancelled.
All SCLFCCA member’s helpers, second adults and substitutes can attend for the member’s price.
If you miss 15 minutes or more you will not receive credit.

Zoom Trainings

Mute your microphone. It’s always best to mute your microphone when you’re not actively speaking.
Control background noise to the best of your ability.
Camera on, this helps the instructor keep the class on track.
Be an active participant
Limit distractions.
Prepare materials and equipment in advance.
You will get an automatic reminder email usually 3 days prior to the training.
SCLFCCA will send out an email with the zoom link the day before the training. The email will come from training@sclfcca.com along with any handouts from the trainer. Please check your spam folder if you do not see anything or have questions in regards to the training please reach out to training@sclfcca.com.
