Expired C.A.R.S. (Child And Restraint Safety) Training

Licensed providers and programs transporting any child under the age of nine must satisfactorily complete and document training on the proper use and installation of child restraint systems in motor vehicles. This training must be 3 hours long and renewed every 5 years.
