Expired “Kinda Mean” – Preventing and Responding to Emerging Behaviors; Fostering the Development of Kindness, Respect, Cooperation and Conflict Resolution Skills

**This is an online training**

Between 3 and 5, children are experimenting with behaviors and are learning how to get along with each other. Our job is to provide an environment that fosters respect, kindness, cooperation and help them develop conflict resolution skills. Identify and explore concrete ways to prevent and respond to behaviors. Explore activities and resources to build children’s skills (feelings, empathy, kindness, respect, self-control, and conflict resolution). Actively supporting children in learning how to live together peacefully, will set them up for positive interactions later in life and provide them a wide range of skills that will support the prevention of future bullying. Tips, techniques, activities and resources will be shared.
